Except there is no Section 6 in the document you are actually able to
produce. In addition, the 'points' you keep ignoring are little
things like adjusting for inflation, adjusting for typical
underestimation of complex systems, adjusting for the slight problem
of having to get a nuclear pulse system up high before you're allowed
