Einstein's Biggest Blunder - - Wasn't???
...Einstein was a nitwit, a plagiarist, and a liar. That was the nitwit's only blunder. <shrug> ...Yes, it was. <shrug> The Cosmological constant indicates a negative mass density. It is obvious that negative mass will result in antigravity in Newtonian physics. <shrug> The suggestion of negative mass is so fvcking desperate on that... more »

A proposition equivalent to axiom of choice
Hi all, Wikipedia's article on axiom of choice states that Tarski proved that the statement if X is infinite then X is bijectively equivalent to XxX is equivalent to axiom of choice. I know how to prove that AC implies X=XxX for infinite X. I am curious to know the proof in the other direction. Does anyone know a reference for this? It seems... more »

The relationship between the Gaussian Curve and Pascal's Triangle Coefficients
  What is the relationship between the Gaussian Curve and the coefficients of Pascal's Triangle? When I plot the coefficients of PT for the 15th row, it looks very much like a Gaussian Distribution. 1 16 16 15 120 14 560 13 1820 12 4368 11 8008 10 11440 9 12870 8 11440 7 8008 6 4368 5 1820 4 560 3 120 2... more »
