If you have moved from one software platform to another, have your
pages kept their names? or do you have different pagenames? In this
case you should also have 301 redirected each one to the new
counterpart.

I can see some problems causing duplicate content.

In your navigation you are linking to urls like http://malebasics.com/resources/
but what has been indexed is http://malebasics.com/resources . This is
because for some reason your server is not doing the normal thing of
automatcially adding a trailing slash if it's missing (via a 301).
Consequently both urls exist and they present the same content. Google
will generally idnex only one of them, however the value is split over
however many duplicates of the same page are accessible.
