The toolbar PR is tied in to the exact url. Once you've changed that
naturally you will have the toolbar PR of that other url.
Your backlinks will get transferred over time to the new url. The
toolbar PR will be changed to whatever it will work out to be at the
next publication.
Since toolbar PR is published only 3-4 times a year, and we seem to
have already had one recently, the next one may be in another 3 months
or so.

Don't fret. It affects nothing - toolbar PR is never current in any
case, and not what Google maintains internally and uses constantly.
Toolbar PR is based on what Google had as a pagerank for the
particular page at some point in time before it was published. It's
not what is used today, nor what will be used tomorrow.
