ok first of alla i change my site Malebasics.com from Monstercommerce
(hosted Solution) to MagentoCommerce (Ownserver, Open Source) however
my site rank has drop form 4 to 1 one of the changes that was made is
that the site used to be reached and known as www.malebasics.com NOW
it is only http://malebasics.com
Could this be the reason for the sudden drop? I made the change on
July 2008.
or there is something else? could my incoming links have not been
counted since they are linking to old address or the www ? i did a 301
redirect, but not sure if it was enough
The toolbar PR is tied in to the exact url. Once you've changed that
naturally you will have the toolbar PR of that other url.
Your backlinks will get transferred over time to the new url. The
toolbar PR will be changed to whatever it will work out to be at the
next publication.
Since toolbar PR is published only 3-4 times a year, and we seem to
have already had one recently, the next one may be in another 3 months
or so.
Don't fret. It affects nothing - toolbar PR is never current in any
case, and not what Google maintains internally and uses constantly.
Toolbar PR is based on what Google had as a pagerank for the
particular page at some point in time before it was published. It's
not what is used today, nor what will be used tomorrow.

If you have moved from one software platform to another, have your
pages kept their names? or do you have different pagenames? In this
case you should also have 301 redirected each one to the new
counterpart.
I can see some problems causing duplicate content.
In your navigation you are linking to urls like http://malebasics.com/resources/ but what has been indexed is http://malebasics.com/resources . This is
because for some reason your server is not doing the normal thing of
automatcially adding a trailing slash if it's missing (via a 301).
Consequently both urls exist and they present the same content. Google
will generally idnex only one of them, however the value is split over
however many duplicates of the same page are accessible.
